The students and teachers of TATA DAV Public School, WBC witnessed the "Celebration of Democracy" through the Youth Parliament that was held in the school premises on 9th February 2021. It was organized by the Department of Social Science and included students from Classes VIII - X. The Youth Parliament session was held in line with the guidelines laid down by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India. The highlights of the session included Oath Taking, Condolence, Question Hour, discussion on provisions of NEP 2020 and passing of "The Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020". The Youth Parliament was wholeheartedly praised by Honourable Principal Madam, Mrs. Kiran Yadav who was impressed by the performance of students and encouraged them to participate in National Level Youth Parliament Competition.
